| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýza růstu mezd v České republice mezi lety 2010 a 2019. Cílem práce je zjistit reálný růst mezd, dále jaké vlivy, jakou silou vstupují do mzdové inflace, a také jaké skupiny obyvatelstva následně z růstu profitovaly nejvíce. Nejprve jsou popsány možné příčiny, které mohou výši mezd ovlivňovat. Následuje měření nominální mzdové inflace i reálného zvýšení kupní síly. Poté jsou faktory vstupující do podoby trhu práce posuzovány prostřednictvím statistických nástrojů a vyhodnocením empirických dat. Zkoumá se, jaký vliv má na příjmy nezaměstnanost a minimální mzda, zda je příčina tak výrazné mzdové inflace domácí jev, či jde o trend globální. Závěrečná kapitola se pak zabývá detailnější podobou trhu práce. Analyzuje se rozevírání nůžek mezi bohatými a chudými, rozdíly v příjmech dle odvětví a dle demografických údajů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of wage growth in the Czech Republic between 2010 and 2019. The aim is to determine the real growth of wages, what influences, by what force they enter wage inflation, and also which groups of the population subsequently benefited the most from growth. First, the possible causes that can affect the level of wages are described. This is followed by a measurement of nominal wage inflation and a real increase in purchasing power. Then the factors entering the form of the labour market are assessed using statistical tools and evaluation of empirical data. It examines the effect of unemployment and the minimum wage on incomes, and if the cause of such significant wage inflation is a domestic phenomenon or a global trend. The final chapter then deals with a more detailed form of the labour market. There is analysed the grow in size of the gap between rich and poor, differences in incomes by industry and by demographic data. |
