| Abstract: | Správné pochopení vnějších faktorů působících na podnik je nutnou schopností vedení společnosti. Predikce vývoje těchto faktorů a schopnost se jim přizpůsobit rozhoduje o úspěchu či neúspěchu na daném trhu. Cílem této práce je zmapovat a zhodnotit kritické faktory makrookolí podniku a doporučit, zda je právě stavebnictví v České republice vhodným předmětem podnikání. Hlavní využitou metodou byla PEST analýza zaměřená na politicko-legislativní, ekonomické, sociodemografické a technologické vlivy. Pomocí metody párového srovnání, pak byla zhodnocena významnost zkoumaných faktorů. Z výsledků analýzy je zřejmé, že stavebnictví má v české ekonomice pevné postavení a mělo by hrát důležitou roli v nastartování ekonomiky po restrikcích v období pandemie koronaviru. Riziko představuje potřebná konsolidace státních financí a s ní spojená daňová politika. Rovněž je významný vliv poklesu stavební produkce a vývoj ukazatelů na makroekonomické úrovni. |

| Abstract: | A correct understanding of the external factors affecting the company is a key competence of the company's management. Prediction of the development of these factors and the ability to adapt to them determines the success or failure on the market. The aim of this work is to map and evaluate the critical factors of the company's macro environment and to recommend whether the construction industry in the Czech Republic is a suitable subject of business. The main method used was PEST analysis focused on political-legislative, economic, socio-demographic and technological influences. Using the method of pairwise comparison, the significance of the investigated factors was evaluated. It is clear from the results of the analysis that the construction industry has a strong position in the Czech economy and should play an important role in starting the economy after the restrictions during the coronavirus pandemic. The risk is represented by the necessary consolidation of state finances and the associated tax policy. There is also a significant impact of the decline in construction output and the development of indicators at the macroeconomic level. |
