| Abstract: | Informační etika je v současné době problematika, která má spousty podtémat a úhlů pohledů na ně. Tato práce se bude zabývat konkrétně tématy kterými jsou: soukromí, jeho ochrana a právo na jeho porušení, sledování informací o jedincích, svoboda projevu, její možnosti v informační společnosti a její omezení například v podobě cenzury a společenské kontroly informací. V práci budou zmíněny i některé konkrétní případy a bude na nich ukázána aplikace práva a zhodnocení z hlediska etického. Cílem práce je zjistit aktuální stav informační etiky, její vývoj v minulosti a pokusit se nastínit i potenciální vývoj do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | Information ethics is currently an issue that has many sub-topics and perspectives on them. This work will deal specifically with topics such as: privacy, its protection, and the right to violate it, monitoring information about individuals, freedom of speech, its possibilities in the information society and its limitations, for example in the form of censorship and social control of information. The work will also mention some specific cases and will show the application of law and ethical evaluation. The aim of the work is to find out the current state of information ethics, its development in the past and to try to outline the potential development in the future. |
