| Abstract: | Tato závěrečná práce se zaměřuje na propojení transakčních dat s analytickými metodami, kterými v tomto případě jsou shlukovací metody a segmentace. Hlavním cílem je porovnání shlukovacích metod na reálných transakčních datech. Použity byly jak metody ze skupiny rozkladu (metoda k-průměrů a metoda k-medoidů) tak metoda ze skupiny hierarchických metod (Wardova metoda). Tyto metody byly aplikovány na shlukování dvaceti nejprodávanějších značek dle těchto tří proměnných: věrnost, průměrná cena, počet nákupů. Následně byly popsány rozdíly ve výsledcích těchto algoritmů. |

| Abstract: | The present bachelor thesis is focused on the connection of transaction data with analytical methods, which are clustering methods and segmentation. Its aim is to compare clustering methods on real transaction data. There are used two methods from partitional clustering (k-means method and k-medoid method). In this thesis is also used one method from hierarchical clustering (Ward method). These clustering methods were applied to the clustering of twenty most sold brands according to these three variables: loyalty, average price, number of purchases. Subsequently, differences in the results of these algorithms were described. |
