SSBI solution for a gastronomic stand in an amusement theme park

The aim of the thesis is to create an SSBI solution in the form of an analytical dashboard in the field of sales management in gastronomy according to detailed methodologies and procedures. A partial goal is to approach the concept of Self Service Business Intelligence, its theoretical grounding in the tasks of business management and control of the methodologies performed to create the mentioned SSBI solution. The theoretical part first deals with the classification and general description of SSBI and the definition of terms, followed by the identification of the need with detailed descriptions of the conditions in which the company may be in the initial phase. Subsequently, the work deals with the creation of SSBI solutions and a comprehensive description of the initial study and analysis of requirements together with the theoretical basis of implementation and commissioning. In the second part, a detailed description of all relevant parts is given on a practical example, from the creation of the initial study to the design of a specific SSBI solution, and at the end the final product is described and evaluated. The real project elaborated in the practical part can serve as a case study for those interested in a detailed study of SSBI issues and can help them with mastering these procedures in practice.
