| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá realizací Business Intelligence řešení pro dispečink služby dopravy osob s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Cílem práce je tvorba dashboardů, založených na datech ze systémů podporujících dispečerskou činnost. Dashboardy mají sloužit uživatelům napříč firmou. V teoretické části je zkoumáno fungování organizací, manažerské rozhodovávání a jsou zde analyzovány dostupné Business Intelligence nástroje. Praktická část analyzuje již konkrétní prostředí firmy a dosavadní práci s daty v rámci firmy. Je zde provedena analýza dat, na kterých je Business Intelligence řešení vystavěno. Nakonec je vytvořeno několik dashboardů, které analyzují data napříč celou službou. Bakalářská práce slouží jako podklad pro zavedení Business Intelligence do reálného provozu služby. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of a Business Intelligence solution for a control centre of a transport service for handicapped people. The main aim of the thesis is the creation of dashboards based on the data from the systems supporting operation control. The designed dashboards should serve different users throughout the whole company. The theoretical part looks into company operation and decision-making in general and available Business Intelligence tools are analysed in it. The practical part analyses a specific company environment and the existing work with data in the company. The data, on which the Business Intelligence solution is based, is analysed. Finally, several dashboards that analyse all sorts of data from the service are designed. The bachelor thesis serves as a basis for implementing Business Intelligence into the actual service operation. |
