| Abstract: | Zaměřením této práce je shromáždit poznatky o ERP systémech, o možnostech jejich zavedení a na těchto základech vytvořit případovou studii reimplementace ERP systému mezinárodní farmaceutické společnosti; studie i společnost jsou inspirované skutečným projektem a podnikem, požadavky projektu v této práci reflektují ty skutečné. V případové studii se hledá takové řešení ERP systému, které bere v potaz současný stav podniku a požadavky na projekt s důrazem na hladký průběh reimplementace a lean přístup k řízení podniku. Vypracovaný projekt také nabízí možnost potenciálního digitálního růst v budoucnu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis aims to gather knowledge about ERP systems and their methods of implementation. Based on that knowledge, an ERP reimplementation case study for a fictional international pharmaceutical company has been done, inspired by a project of an actual firm. The thesis searches for an ERP system solution, which considers the company, its current state and requirements and the company emphasis on lean management and a smooth course of reimplementing the system. The case study offers a possibility of future digital growth, allowing the implementation of more apps and systems onto the same platform. |
