Implementation of a chatbot for the organization Junák - český skaut, z.s

The bachelor's thesis deals with the implementation of a chatbot for the scout organization Junák - český skaut, z.s. The main goal of this work is the design, analysis and implementation of an application using chatbot technology, which will allow parents to obtain relevant information about the scout organization, which can then decide to enroll their child in the unit offered by the application. Another goal is to use the chatbot by current members of Junák, in order to gain the necessary knowledge about scout history, ideology and other knowledge needed in scouting. The theoretical part deals with the history of chatbots, their operation and categorization. It also focus on the use of chatbots, their advantages, disadvantages and introduction in their categorization. At the same time, the topics of natural language processing, artificial intelligence, automation and anthropomorphism, which are closely connected with chatbots, are discussed. The second part focuses on the analysis of chatbot requirements, together with the analysis of the platform market. Here the work deals with the creation of research and the recruitment of the necessary respondents. Finally, in this section, the results of the research are evaluated and interpreted, which better determines the functional requirements for the chatbot. It also includes an analysis of the market of available and popular platforms used to create simple and complex chatbots. In the practical part, the work deals with the design and implementation of chatbot. This means naming it, creating an identity and designing a conversation. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the implementation, assembly of the chatbot and obtaining the necessary data for implementation. Part of the work is also testing the chatbot, evaluation of tests and user feedback.
