| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vnitřních zdrojů společnosti HrubyMOVING Transport, a.s. Jejím cílem je sestavení doporučení pro společnost, které poskytne vedení společnosti pohled na aktuální stav firmy, na jejímž základě bude vedení schopno činit kroky pro upevnění pozice a další rozvoj společnosti. Bakalářská práce je sestavena ze dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. V rámci teoretické práce budou popsány jednotlivé metody a analýzy, které budou následně využity v části praktické. Jelikož vnější okolí společnost silně ovlivňuje, bude okrajově zpracována externí analýza, aby bylo možné sestavit kompletní pohled na společnost. V případě analýzy vnitřních zdrojů bude využito klasifikace zdrojů společnosti, VRIO analýzy, finanční analýzy společnosti, analýzy hodnototvorného řetězce a portfolio analýzy, tedy GE matice. Pro okrajové zkoumání externích zdrojů bude zpracována struktura mikrookolí, životní cyklus odvětví a Porterův model pěti sil. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of internal resources of the company HrubyMOVING Transport, a.s. Its goal is to compile recommendations for the company, which will provide the company's management an overview of the current state of the company, on the basis of which the management will be able to take steps to strengthen the position for further develop of the company. The bachelor thesis is composed of two parts – theoretical and practical. Within the theoretical part, individual methods and analyzes will be described, which will then be used in the practical part. As the external environment strongly influences the company, an external analysis will be processed in order to compile a complete view of the company. In the case of the analysis of internal resources, Classification of the company's resources, VRIO analysis, Financial analysis of the company, Value Chain analysis and GE matrix, will be used. The structure of microenviroment, Industry Life Cycle and Porter's Five Forces analysis will be elaborated for the study of external sources. |
