| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou společnosti Knappe s.r.o. Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnotit konkurenceschopnost firmy v pekárenském oboru na základě vymezení silných a slabých stránek společnosti a identifikace hlavních příležitostí a hrozeb, které mají na její fungování vliv. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou představeny metody strategické analýzy, které jsou následně v části praktické aplikovány na sledovaný podnik Knappe s.r.o. Výstupy jednotlivých analýz jsou shrnuty a ohodnoceny za pomoci SWOT analýzy. Na závěr práce jsou formulována strategická doporučení, která by měla být přínosná pro další rozvoj podniku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the company Knappe s.r.o. The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of the company in the bakery industry by defining the strengths and weaknesses of the company and identifying the main opportunities and threats that affect its operation. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are presented the methods of strategic analysis, which are then applied to the observed company Knappe s.r.o. in the practical part. The results of the individual analyses are summarized and evaluated using SWOT analysis. At the end of the work are formulated strategic recommendations that should be beneficial for further development of the company. |
