| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhotovení strategické analýzy společnosti Smarty CZ a.s., která se zaměřuje na prodej elektronických zařízení. Práce se skládá z části teoretické, kde jsou představeny základní pojmy a postupy jednotlivých metod. V části praktické jsou poté veškeré poznatky z první části aplikovány na vybraný podnik. Pomocí dílčích analýz bude možné určit příležitosti, hrozby, silné a slabé stránky sledované společnosti. Veškerá zjištění budou na závěr shrnuta v analýze SWOT a bude zhodnoceno jejich vzájemné působení na společnost Smarty CZ a.s. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a strategic analysis of the company Smarty CZ a.s., that focuses on the sale of electronic devices. The work consists of a theoretical part, where the basic terms and procedures of individual methods are introduced. In the practical part, all the knowledge from the first part is then applied on the selected company. With the help of partial analysis, it will be possible to identify opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the researched company. All findings will be summarized in the SWOT analysis and their interaction with the company Smarty CZ a.s. will be evaluated. |
