| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na systémy osobních zdravotních záznamů a datové agregátory pacienty generovaných zdravotních dat. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnání agregátorů pacienty generovaných zdravotních dat. První část práce je věnována teorii v oblasti osobních zdravotních záznamů. Druhá část práce, tedy třetí a čtvrtá kapitola, je zaměřena na porovnání agregátorů pacienty generovaných zdravotních dat. Ve třetí kapitole je podrobně popsána metodika porovnání. Obsahuje popis použití rozšířené Fullerovy metody, která byla využita pro stanovení vah jedenácti určených kritérií pro hodnocení vybraných agregátorů. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje výsledky porovnání. Z porovnání dle stanovených kritérií nejlépe vyšel agregátor společnosti Validic. Druhým agregátorem byl stanoven agregátor pacienty generovaných zdravotních dat společnosti Human API. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on personal health record systems and aggregators of patient generated health data. Main goal of this thesis is comparison of patient generated health data aggregators. First part of the thesis is dedicated to the theory of personal health records area. Second part of the thesis, which consist of chapter three and chapter four, focus on the comparison of patient generated health data aggregators. The third chapter describes the comparison methodology in detail. It contains a description of the use of the extended Fuller method, which was used to determine the weights of eleven specified criteria for the evaluation of selected aggregators. The fourth chapter contains the results of the comparison. The aggregator from Validic came out as the best one from the comparison according to the set criteria. The second-best aggregator was the aggregator of patient generated health data from Human API. |
