| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce využívá e-learningu a poznatků jiných školení k vytvoření Moodle kurzu pro Vysokou školu ekonomickou v Praze. Kurz je zaměřen na edukaci uživatelů v oblasti phishingu, jak phishingový útok poznat a jak se mu bránit. Tato práce vznikla v rámci projektu Zvýšení úrovně kybernetické bezpečnosti v prostředí VVŠ, který reaguje na naléhavou potřebu zavedení vhodné úrovně kybernetické bezpečnosti na českých vysokých školách vzhledem k narůstajícím hrozbám. Na projektu se podílí 25 českých vysokých škol. Cílem práce je vytvoření kurzu pro potřeby VŠE. V teoretické části popisuje phishing a aktuální situaci jak ve světě phishingu obecně, tak situaci ohledně chování studentů na VŠE související s kybernetickou bezpečností. Následně je zvolena nejvhodnější forma školení dle dostupných zdrojů a vytvořen kurz na platformě Moodle, obsahující animovaná výuková videa a test, kde si uživatelé mohou zkusit, zda rozeznají phishingový e-mail od legitimního. Nakonec je výsledný kurz zhodnocen pomocí dotazníku, kde zpětnou vazbu vyplnili zaměstnanci Centra informatiky VŠE. Kurz je po dokončení práce připraven na využití při edukaci studentů i zaměstnanců VŠE ohledně phishingu, jeho následcích a o tom, jak se jim vyhnout. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis benefits from e-learning and knowledge from other training courses, which helps to create a Moodle course for Prague University of Economics and Business. The course is focusing on educating users about phishing, how to detect a phishing attack and how to defend yourself against it. This thesis is a part of the project Increasing the level of cybersecurity in the higher education environment, which originated in a response to a rising level of threats. There are 25 Czech universities are participating in this project. The goal of the thesis is to create a course tailored for VSE. In the theoretical section, phishing is introduced, and the current situation worldwide is described, along with the behaviour of VSE students concerning their cybersecurity. Next, the best form of training is chosen, and the course is created. It contains animated educational videos and a quiz, which trains users in distinguishing between phishing and legitimate e-mails. Finally, the course is evaluated by employees of the Informatics centre of VSE. As the thesis is finished, the course is suitable for educating students and employees of VSE about phishing, its consequences and how to avoid it. |
