| Abstract: | Cílem práce je popsat průběh tvorby inovativního designu webové stránky podniku podle přístupu UCD, pro vyvolání pozitivního uživatelského zážitku z návštěvy podnikového webu. Požadovaným efektem výsledku bakalářské práce je uspokojení zákazníků při užívání podnikové webové stránky a díky tomu docílení kladného zákaznického vnímání celého podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny nejdůležitější pojmy vztahující se k problematice této práce: uživatelský zážitek, uživatelské rozhraní a design zaměřený na uživatele. K těmto pojmům jsou také definovány jejich prvky a postupy, kterými lze dospět k požadovanému výsledku. Praktická část práce se zabývá užitím specifikovaných postupů uživatelsky zaměřeného designu a osvědčených postupů pro tvorbu uživatelského zážitku v rámci vytváření webové stránky vybraného podniku. Výsledkem je testováním ověřený design a jeho následná implementace jako funkční webovou stránku. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the thesis is to describe the process of creating an innovative design of the business website using the UCD approach to evoke a positive user experience from visiting the website. The required final effect of the bachelor’s thesis is to satisfy customers while using the website and achieving a positive customer perception of the entire company. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the most important terms related to the issue of this work: user experience, user interface and user-centered design. These terms are also defined by the description of their elements and procedures, which can be used to achieve the required result. The practical part of the work deals with the use of specified user-centred design procedures and best practices for designing a user experience while creating a website for a chosen business. The result is a test-proven website design and subsequent implementation of functional website. |
