| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikace jak silných stránek a příležitostí, tak slabých stránek a hrozeb prostřednictvím strategické analýzy akciové společnosti Ryor. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní analýzy okolí jako je PESTLE analýza, charakteristika odvětví, analýza konkurence, mapa konkurenčních skupin a Porterův model pěti sil. Práce zkoumá analýzu vnitřních zdrojů a schopností, jejich klasifikaci a dále pak VRIO, finanční a portfolio analýzu. Kapitola je zakončena hodnototvorným řetězcem. Tyto poznatky jsou shrnuty a provázány v syntéze, která je zpracována pomocí SWOT analýzy. V praktické části je zmíněná metodika aplikována na konkrétní společnost Ryor, a.s. Závěrem práce je shrnutí obsahující klíčové informace, zjištěná doporučení pro zlepšení budoucího vývoje společnosti a navržení strategických opatření s využitím metod strategické analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to identify strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and also threats through a strategic analysis of Ryor, a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on external environmental analysis such as PESTLE analysis, Characteristics of the field, Competition analysis, the Map of competition groups and Porter's five forces. The thesis examines the Analysis of Internal resources and capabilities their classification and then it continues with VRIO analysis, Financial analysis and Portfolio analysis. The chapter ends with the Value chain. These findings are summarized and linked in a synthesis that is processed using SWOT analysis. In the practical part is mentioned methodology applied to a specific company Ryor, a.s. The conclusion of the thesis is a summary with key information, identified recommendations for improving the future development of the company and proposing strategic measures using the methods of strategic analysis. |
