| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analýza sledování lidi prováděného prostřednictvím sítě Internet. Data na rozbor byla převzata z dotazníku, který byl mnou vytvořen a následně distribuován. Výzkumu se účastnili studenti, státní zaměstnanci, podnikatele a lidé jiných povolání. Dotazované respondenty pocházejí z různých zemí, proto byly vytvořeny dvě jazykové verze, a ty jsou v ruštině a češtině. Cílem dotazníku je zjištění názorů lidi ohledně existenci elektronického sledování a jejího legislativního odůvodnění. Dále se práce věnuje teoretické části, ve které je zmíněna historie vývojů elektronického sledování, probírají se jednotlivé legislativní opatření regulující sledování a související s tím nástroje a programy. Výsledkem práce by měly především přinést nové a zajímavé poznatky, jak státy provádějí masové sledování a jak občany těchto států to všímají. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to analyse the electronic mass surveillance of people through the Internet. The data for the analysis was taken from questionnaire I created. This research was conducted with students, civil servants, entrepreneurs and people from other professions. The respondents come from different countries, so two language versions have been created, and they are in Russian and Czech languages. The aim of the questionnaire is to find out people's opinions about the existence of electronic mass surveillance and its legislative justification. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the theoretical part, which mentions the history of the development of electronic mass surveillance, discusses the various legislative measures of electronic mass surveillance and related tools and programs. The results of the work should primarily bring new and interesting insights into how states carry out electronic mass surveillance and how the citizens of these states notice it. |
