| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je co nejvíce přiblížit švýcarský dluhopisový trh. Především v rámci regulace tohoto odvětví, ale také i jeho vývoj, velikost a aktuální změny zapříčiněné pandemií nového koronaviru. V první části se zaměřuji na obecný popis instrumentů dluhopisového trhu a jejich členění. Dále se zabývám vývojem dluhopisového trhu ve Švýcarsku od roku 2000 do současnosti. Tahle část práce se zaměřuje především na období finanční krize v roce 2008. Popisuje trh jak před krizí, tak během ní a i dopady, které způsobila. Současný stav trhu je věnován především roku 2020. Popisuji zde velikost dluhopisového trhu a porovnávám jej s dalšími instrumenty finančního trhu. V další kapitole se podrobněji věnuji regulacím, a to jak v rámci Švýcarska, tak i České republiky. Na závěr uvádím aktuální situaci koronaviru – jak prozatím ovlivnila a stále ovlivňuje dluhopisový trh obou zemí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to describe the Swiss bond market as much as possible. Mainly in area of regulation of this industry, but also its development, size and current changes caused by pandemic of a new coronavirus. In the first part I focus on a general description of bond market instruments and their classification. I also deal with development of the bond market in Switzerland from 2000 to the present. This part of the work focuses mainly on the period of financial crisis in 2008. It describes the market before and during the crisis and the effects they caused. The current state of the market is mainly devoted to 2020. It describes the size of the bond market in Switzerland and compares it with other financial market instruments. In the next chapter, I deal with regulations in more detail, both within Switzerland and the Czech Republic. In the last part of my work I present current situation of the coronavirus - how the bond markets of both countries are currently influenced by the Covid-19. |
