| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza a zhodnocení transakce LESS&TIMBER investiční společností Jet investment. Bakalářské práce je zaměřena na současný trend, tedy akvizice podniků (nejen) v insolvenčním řízení a jejich následnou restrukturalizaci za účelem dosažení zisku a případné výhodné divestice. Mimo velmi aktuální téma, kterým je restrukturalizace a reorganizace podniků se teoretická část práce bude věnovat Insolvenčnímu zákonu č. 182/2006 Sb. a jeho specifikům. Praktická část práce popíše a zhodnotí transakci podniku LESS&TIMBER investiční společností Jet Investment a za pomocí strategických nástrojů zhodnotí současnou pozici podniku na trhu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the transaction of company LESS&TIMBER by investment company Jet Investment. Bachelor thesis is focusing on current trend, which is acquisition of companies not only while they are insolvent, and they are being restructured in order to claim profit or favorable divestment opportunity. Apart from very popular topic, which happened to be restructure and reorganization of companies this theoretical part is focusing on insolvency law (no. 182/2006 Sb.) and its specifics. Practical part will describe and evaluate transaction of company LESS&TIMBER by investment company Jet Investment and with help of strategical tools it will evaluate its current position on the market. |
