| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu příprav na radiodiagnostickém, včetně návazných procesů a podmínek. V další fázi je cílem navrhnout a implementovat aplikační podporu, která má za úkol usnadnit pacientům přípravu před vyšetřením a celkovou orientaci na radiodiagnostickém oddělení. V úvodní teoretické části je pozornost zaměřena na právnické aspekty aplikační podpory. Zmíněna je i historie a vývoj oboru. Dále je analyzována část procesu péče na radiodiagnostickém oddělení a její rozpad mezi jednotlivé technické nástroje. Značná pozornost je věnována i komunikaci s pacienty a jejich role v procesu. Následně je posouzena efektivnost péče a hledána cesta k jejímu zlepšení a zlevnění. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu potřeb pacientů. Věnuje se návrhům, uživatelským scénářům, následnému vývoji a implementaci celé aplikační podpory. Nedílnou součástí je i technické testování a popis bezpečnosti. Na závěr aplikační podpora projde testováním v reálném prostředí, ke kterému autor poskytne komentář a nastíní možnost dalšího rozvoje. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focusing on the preparation analysis for radiodiagnostic, including subsequent processes and conditions. In the next phase, the aim is to design and implement application support, which aims to simplify patients' preparation before the examination and the overall orientation of the radiology department. In the introductory theoretical part, attention focuses on the legal aspects of application support. The history and development of the field are also mentioned. A part of the care process in the radiology department and its disintegration among individual technical tools is also further analyzed. Considerable attention is also oriented towards the communication with patients and their role in the process. Subsequently, the care effectiveness is assessed and a solution is sought to improve and reduce its cost. The practical part focuses on the analysis of patient's needs. It deals with designs, user scenarios, subsequent development and implementation of the whole application support. The technical testing and security description are an integral part of the work. Finally, the application support will be tested in a real environment, to which the author will provide comments and outline the further possible development. |
