| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá interní komunikací ve vybrané společnosti. Jejím hlavním cílem je identifikování nedostatků v interní komunikaci a navržení vhodného řešení pro management společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje úvod do problematiky komunikace a dále se zaměřuje na interní komunikaci a firemní kulturu. Praktická část práce pak analyzuje současnou komunikační situaci ve vybrané společnosti za použití metod rozhovoru s managementem společnosti a dotazníkového šetření se zaměstnanci společnosti. Na základě vyhodnocení výsledků je pak sestaveno doporučení a návrh na zlepšení současné situace ve společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with internal communication in a selected company. Its main goal is to reveal shortcomings in internal communication and to suggest a suitable solution for the company's management. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the issue of communication and also focuses on internal communication and corporate culture. The practical part analyzes the current communication situation in the selected company using the methods of interview with the company's management and a questionnaire survey with the company's employees. Based on the evaluation of the results, a recommendation and a proposal for improving the current situation in the company are compiled. |
