| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na realizaci projektu interaktivní asistenční podpora pro uchazeče o studium a studenty na Vysoké Škole Ekonomické. Hlavním cílem práce je návrh a implementace chatbota, který by dokázal poskytnou pomoc uživatelům ve vyhledávání informací týkající studia. Pro naplnění stanovených cílů je provedená analýza odborné literatury a seznámení čtenáře s problematikou chatbota. Následné byla provedená analýza trhu nástrojů pro implementaci chatbota a kvalitativní výzkum. Na etapu návrhu aplikace byli definování veškeré požadavky kladené na chatbota a použité programovací jazyky. Finální část práce byla věnovaná samotné implementaci aplikace a testování funckionality, při kterém autor dospěl k závěru, že chatbot odpovídá stanoveným požadavkům. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis is focused on the implementation of the project of interactive assistance support for applicants and students at the University of Economics. The main goal of this work is the design and implementation of a chatbot that could aid users in finding information about the study. An analysis of the professional literature and acquaintance of the reader with the issue of chatbot is performed to fulfill the set goals. Subsequently, an analysis of the market for tools for chatbot implementation and qualitative research was performed. At the application design stage, all the requirements for chatbot and the programming languages used were defined. The final part of the work was devoted to the implementation of the application and testing of functionality, in which the author concluded that the chatbot meets the specified requirements. |
