| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je popsání specifik podnikání ve fotbalovém prostředí, nalezení vhodné metody pro ocenění fotbalového klubu a tuto metodu následně aplikovat na ocenění společnosti 1. FC SLOVÁCKO, a.s. V teoretické části jsou popsána specifika podnikání ve fotbalovém prostředí, přístupy k ocenění fotbalových klubů a fotbalových hráčů. S ohledem k povaze hospodaření fotbalových klubů v České republice je pro ocenění společnosti 1. FC SLOVÁCKO, a.s. primárně použita majetková metoda na bázi substanční hodnoty a likvidační metoda. Pro ocenění fotbalových hráčů je s ohledem k názorům odborné veřejnosti zvolena porovnávací metoda anchor-and-adjustments. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou následně použity pro ocenění společnosti 1. FC SLOVÁCKO, a.s. Z výsledné tržní hodnoty společnosti 1. FC SLOVÁCKO, a.s. je potvrzeno, že největší část hodnoty fotbalového klubu tvoří hráči. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of the master thesis is to describe a specifics of business in the football environment, to find suitable method for the valuation of a football club and then apply this method to the valuation of the company 1. FC SLOVÁCKO, a.s. The theoretical part describes the specifics of business in the football environment, approaches to the valuation of football clubs and football players. With regard to the nature of the economy of football clubs in the Czech Republic, the company 1. FC SLOVÁCKO, a.s. is valued using asset-based method. With regard to the opinions of the professional public, the anchor-and-adjustments comparison method is chosen for the valuation of football players. These theoretical findings are then used to the valuation of the company 1. FC SLOVÁCKO, a.s. From the total market value of the company 1. FC SLOVÁCKO, a.s. it is confirmed that the largest part of the value of a football club is made up of players. |
