| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá typy komunikačně náročných situací ve vysokoškolské týmové práci. Jejím cílem je vytvořit soubor relevantních poznatků o komunikačně náročných situacích a jejich řešení v rámci projektových úkolů, skupinové a týmové práce. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši odborných zdrojů o týmové práci, týmových rolích a týmové dynamice. Mapuje komunikaci, komunikační styly a jejich vliv na komunikačně náročné situace. Věnuje se souvislostem mezi komunikací a stresem v týmu. Zabývá se typy stresorů při práci v týmu specificky i ve vysokoškolském nebo on-line prostředí. Praktický průzkum byl proveden kvantitativně pomocí dotazníkového šetření na 165 respondentech, studentech vysokých škol v České republice. Práce shrnuje informace o četnosti výskytu a míře stresu v komunikačně náročných situacích ve vysokoškolských týmech, zahrnuje i soubor specifických stresorů při on-line týmové práci. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit studentům a pedagogům vysokých škol nebo odborníkům v oblasti lidských zdrojů, jako zdroj informací o týmové práci a stresu pohledem mladých dospělých od 19 let věku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the types of communication-intensive situations in university teamwork. Its aim is to create a set of relevant knowledge about stressful situations and their solutions in project tasks, group and teamwork. The theoretical part contains research of professional resources on teamwork, team roles and team dynamics. It maps communication, communication styles and their influence on communication-intensive situations. It deals with the connections between communication and stress in a team. It deals with the types of stressors when working in a team, specifically in a university or online environment. The practical survey was conducted quantitatively using a questionnaire survey of 165 respondents, university students in the Czech Republic. The work summarizes information on the frequency and level of stress in stressful situations in university teams, includes a set of specific stressors in online teamwork. The results of the work can serve students and teachers at universities or experts in the field of human resources, as a source of information about teamwork and stress from the perspective of young adults from 19 years of age. |
