| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním BI platformy vybrané společnosti s dalšími BI platformami na trhu. V teoretické části práce je definován pojem Business Intelligence a následně popsána obecná architektura s jednotlivými komponentami BI. Dále jsou v teoretické části identifikovány současné trendy Business Intelligence. V praktické části je představena sledovaná společnost a její BI řešení. Posléze je analyzován trh s BI platformami a selektovány BI platformy pro jejich porovnání. Pro porovnání jsou stanovena kritéria vycházející ze současných trendů a požadavků vybrané společnosti. Jednotlivým kritériím je přiřazena váha dle jejich důležitosti, a na základě toho je určena škála bodové ohodnocení. BI platformy jsou tak bodově ohodnoceny podle míry splnění jednotlivých kritérií a je určen vítěz, který dosáhl největšího součtu bodů. Na základě porovnání a vyhodnocení jednotlivých platforem je poskytnuto doporučení pro vybranou společnost. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis deals with the comparison of the BI platform of a selected company with other BI platforms on the market. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the term of Business Intelligence and then describes the general architecture with individual BI components. Furthermore, the theoretical part identifies current trends in Business Intelligence. The practical part presents the selected company and its BI solution. Subsequently, the market with BI platforms is analyzed and BI platforms are selected for their comparison. For comparison, criteria are set based on current trends and requirements of the selected company. The individual criterias are assigned a weight according to their importance, and based on this, a scale of points is determined. BI platforms are scored according to the degree of fulfillment of individual criterias and the winner who has achieved the largest sum of points is determined. Based on the comparison and evaluation of individual platforms, a recommendation is provided for a selected company. |
