| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl pomocí kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu zmapovat problémy v počátcích podnikání a přístup podnikatelů k jejich řešení. Práce se opírá o rozhovory vedené s podnikateli ohledně rozjezdu a průběhu jejich podnikání. Respondenty bylo 311 zakladatelů a 44 zakladatelek firem majících více než deset zaměstnanců na plný úvazek a podnikající alespoň dva roky. Přínosem práce je shrnutí nejčastějších problémů, jimž museli podnikatelé čelit, a způsobů, jimiž se s nimi vypořádávali. K vyhodnocení byla použita kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýza. Z analyzovaných rozhovorů vyplynulo, že nejčastěji byly problémy spjaty s nespolehlivým jednáním pracovníků, obchodních partnerů a společníků. Časté byly také problémy vztahové. Práce rovněž doporučí případným zájemcům o vstup do podnikání, jak eventuálním počátečním problémům co nejlépe předejít či se na ně alespoň relevantně připravit. |

| Abstract: | This thesis aims to explore problems in the beginnings of entrepreneurship and the attitude of entrepreneurs towards their solutions, using quantitative and qualitative research. The thesis is based on interviews held with entrepreneurs regarding the start and progress of their entrepreneurship. The interviewees were 311 male and 44 female founders of companies with more than ten employees and operating at least two years. The contribution of the thesis is a summary of the most frequent problems the entrepreneurs had to face and solutions they used. The evaluation is based on quantitative and qualitative analysis. The research shows that the most frequent problems were connected to unreliable behaviour of employees, business partners and associates. Relational problems were spotted relatively often, as well. The thesis also recommends to prospective entrepreneurs how to prevent possible problems and how to prepare for them. |
