| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývala analýzou péče o zaměstnance ve vybrané společnosti, kterou se stala Monster Worldwide CZ. Jedná se o reklamního zprostředkovatele mezi uchazeči o zaměstnání a firmy inzerující volná pracovní místa, který působí na českém trhu od roku 1999. Cíli práce bylo zhodnotit současný stav péče o zaměstnance v této organizaci a vytvořit doporučení, která provedou k jeho zlepšení. Teoretická část se zaměřila na personální činnost a řízení lidských zdrojů v moderních firmách, stejně jako na jednotlivé prvky systému péče o zaměstnance: pracovní podmínky, prostředí, pracovní doba, rozvoj zaměstnanců, bezpečnost práce, zaměstnanecké výhody a plánování kariéry. Tyto informace byly zpracovány metodou literární rešerše s pomocí českých a zahraničních zdrojů. Přestože společnost na svých webových stránkách uvádí, že se věnuje rozvoji lidského kapitálu, provedená analýza dovolila zjistit, že zaměstnanci společnosti nejsou spokojeni surčitými aspekty systému péče. Dotazníkové šetření provedené s účastí skoro poloviny všech pracovníků společnosti poukázalo na řadu nedostatků, které lze eliminovat prostřednictvím provádění příslušných opatření. Konkrétní aktivity jsou detailně popsány v návrhové části bakalářské práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis dealt with the analysis of employee care in a selected company, which became Monster Worldwide CZ. It is an advertising intermediary between job seekers and companies advertising vacancies, which has been operating on the Czech market since 1999. The aim of the work was to evaluate the current state of care for employees in this organization and make recommendations to improve it. The theoretical part focused on personnel activities and human resource management in modern companies, as well as on individual elements of the employee care system: working conditions, environment, working hours, employee development, occupational safety, employee benefits and career planning. This information was processed by the method of literary research with the help of Czech and foreign sources. Although the company states on its website that it is dedicated to the development of human capital, the analysis made it possible to find out that the company's employees are not satisfied with certain aspects of the care system. A questionnaire survey conducted with the participation of almost half of all employees of the company revealed a number of shortcomings that can be eliminated through the implementation of appropriate measures. Specific activities are described in detail in the design part of the bachelor thesis. |
