| Abstract: | The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to get a general overview of the recruitment agency industry and temporary employment. Understand whats is the definition of motivation, theories of motivation, job satisfaction and determine how different elements and variables can affect the motivation and job satisfaction of temporary agency employees. Investigate the problem of triangular relationships between personal agency, organization, and employee. What ways that businesses could use to motivate their employees. And is the financial remuneration method still a very effective method of motivation for employees as money is one of the key reasons why many employees work? This bachelor thesis is written in cooperation with personal agency XY, the name of which will not be revealed in the bachelor thesis in terms of data protection and confidential information. |

| Abstract: | Účelem této bakalářské práce je získat obecný přehled o personálních agenturách a dočasném přidělení zaměstnanců. Pochopit, co je definice motivace, teorie motivace, pracovní spokojenost a jak mohou různé prvky a proměnné ovlivnit motivaci a pracovní spokojenost dočasně přidělených agenturních zaměstnanců. Prozkoumat problém trojúhelníkových vztahů mezi personální agenturou, organizací a zaměstnancem. Jakými způsoby mohou podniky motivovat své zaměstnance. Je finanční odměňování stále velmi efektivní metodou motivace zaměstnanců jestliže jsou peníze jedním z klíčových důvodů, proč mnoho zaměstnanců pracuje? Tato bakalářská práce je psána ve spolupráci s personální agenturou XY, jejíž jméno nebude v bakalářské práci zveřejněno z hlediska ochrany údajů a důvěrných informací. |
