| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou práce z domova, konkrétně organizací práce z domova a motivací zaměstnanců. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány základní pojmy související s prací z domova, organizací a motivací. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, která obsahuje dotazníkové šetření. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout, dle dostupných zdrojů, nejúčinnější způsoby motivace zaměstnanců pracujících z domova. Výstupy práce budou užitečné zaměstnavatelům i zaměstnancům, kteří o ně budou mít zájem. Budou se tak moci zaměřit na lepší motivaci sebe sama, případně zaměstnavatelé na lepší motivaci svých zaměstnanců, a dále zvyšování své efektivity práce nebo efektivity práce svých zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of working from home, specifically the organization of work from home and the motivation of employees. The theoretical part describes basic concepts related to work from home, organization and motivation. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which is based on a questionnaire survey. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design, according to available resources, the most effective ways of motivating employees working from home. The outputs of the thesis will be useful to employers and employees who will be interested in them. They will be able to focus on better motivation of themselves, or employers on better motivation of their employees, and further increasing their work efficiency or the work efficiency of their employees. |
