| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává téma logistiky nákupu, zásobování a skladování statků denní potřeby exotického resortu na východě Afriky. Cíl práce je vyhodnocení efektivity pomocí výkonových ukazatelů KPI a nalezení optimálních hodnot těchto metrik. Výzkum se provádí na základě kvalitativních metod hodnotících KPI z oblasti logistiky skladů a hoteliérství obecně. Pro práci se používají především primární data získaná přímo z jednotlivých oddělení resortu, sekundární data pomáhají při vypracování teoretické části. Zde se pracuje především s odbornými pracemi obdobného tématem. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor Thesis takes in the topic of logistics of purchase, supplying, warehousing of main goods in an exotic resort in the East of Africa. The purpose of the project is to evaluate the efficiency through key performance indicators (KPI) and to find the optimal volume of these metrics. The whole research is based on qualitative methods which evaluate the KPIs in the area of logistics and hospitality in general. Data used in this work are mostly obtained primarily from the resort itself. Secondary data are used mostly in the theoretical part of this Thesis. Overall, this thesis follows the correlation of KPI in logistics which are believed to play an important part in the KRI of the resort and such. |
