Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dopadu pandemie Covid-19 na freelancery. Práce se dělí do 3 hlavních částí. První část se zaměřuje na vymezení teorie freelancera a specifikujte jednotlivé profese. Zkoumá také důvody volby tohoto povolání a jednotlivé trendy, kterými je současný trh práce v oblasti freelancingu specifický. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na metodologii, která byla využita pro tuto práci, její popis a důvody, proč byla použita. Poslední část pak analyzuje kvalitativní výzkum mezi freelancery. Pro potřeby této práce bylo dotázáno celkem 7 freelancerů. Těm byly položeny specifické otázky, které napomáhají ke zkoumání problematiky dopadů pandemie na dotazované freelancery. Zároveň jsou analyzována i dostupná data, která jsou spojeny se zaměstnaností a freelancingem v období celosvětové pandemie.

Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on freelancers. The thesis is divided into 3 main parts. The first part focuses on the definition of freelancers and the theory that is connected to the topic of freelancing. It also specifies different types of freelancing as well as examines the reasons for choosing this profession. The thesis also dives into the individual trends that are specific to the current labor market in the field of freelancing. The second part of the thesis focuses on the methodology that was used for the thesis. It describes the methods and gives reasoning to why these specific methods were chosen. The last part then analyses the qualitative research among 10 different freelancers. They were questioned for the purposes of the thesis. They were asked specific questions that help to examine the issue of the impact of the pandemic on the interviewed freelancers. At the same time, it analyses the available data connected to employment and freelancing during the global pandemic.
