| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu zatím neexistující firmy zabývající se servisními službami a prodáváním zboží pro cyklisty a zhodnocení jeho proveditelnosti. Formálně je bakalářská práce rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zpracovává především strukturu podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část vytváří konkrétní podnikatelský plán včetně analýzy okolí podniku či odhadu poptávky pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Součástí praktické části je finanční plán sestavený na první čtyři roky podnikání. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení šance na úspěšné založení tohoto konkrétního podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to create a business plan of a non-existent company dealing with service of bikes and distribution of goods for cyclists and evaluation of its feasibility. Formally, the bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals mainly with the structure of the business plan. The practical part contains a specific business plan, including analyzes of the company's surroundings or an estimate of demand using a questionnaire survey. Part of the practical part is a financial plan compiled for the first four years of business. The result of the bachelor's thesis is an evaluation of the chances of successfully establishing this particular company. |
