| Abstract: | Obsahem bakalářské práce je strategická analýza Mattoni 1873 a.s. Cílem práce je provést strategickou analýzu zvolené společnosti a zhodnotit její současné postavení. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány a vymezeny nejdůležitější pojmy a definice, uvedeny metody strategické analýzy a postupy jejich provedení. V praktické části byly metody aplikovány na Mattoni 1873 a.s. Jedná se o analýzu vnějšího prostředí, analýzu vnitřních zdrojů a schopností a finanční analýzu. Nakonec byly zjištěné poznatky sjednoceny SWOT analýzou a následně byla zformulována strategická doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is a strategic analysis of Mattoni 1873 a.s. The purpose of the thesis is to carry out strategic analysis to evaluate the current strategic position of the firm. The thesis is split into two parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. The theoretical part describes and defines the most important terms and definitions, methods of strategic analysis, and procedures for their implementation. In the practical part, the methods were applied to Mattoni 1873 a.s. These are the analysis of the external environment, the analysis of internal resources and capabilities, and the financial analysis. At the end of the thesis, all findings were unified by SWOT analysis, and then strategic recommendations were formulated. |
