| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat analýzou logistických procesů v prostředí firmy Emba. Teoretická část se bude zabývat z velké části Supply Chain Managementem (SCM), se kterým musí pracovat i Emba. Pojem bude vysvětlen a práce se zaměří i na historický vývoj SCM. Dále bude popsán pojem Warehouse management systém, který hraje klíčovou roli v logistice skladu. Posledním tématem bude Reverzní logistika neboli logistika zpětných toků. Praktická část se zabývá popisem jednotlivých logistických procesů firmy Emba. Jednotlivé kapitoly sledují zboží od jeho příjmu na sklad, až po vychystání a odeslání cílovému zákazníkovi. Na základě mého pozorování provedu analýzu logistických procesů a pokusím se najít takové procesy, které snižují efektivitu chodu firmy. Tyto procesy poté popíšu a pokusím se přijít s vhodným řešením pro optimalizaci. Výsledky mého pozorování a návrhy na optimalizaci budu konzultovat s expertem v tomto oboru. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of logistical processes in the environment of Emba Trade s.r.o. The theoretical part mainly focuses on the topic of Supply Chain Management (SCM), which Emba also uses. The term is explained and its historical development is described in greater detail. The thesis then deals with another important term, Warehouse Management System, which plays a key role in warehouse logistics. The last topic is Reverse logistics or the logistics of the reverse flow. The practical part focuses on the individual logistical processes inside the Emba company. Each chapter follows the goods at different stages in the process, from being received at the warehouse, being prepared and at last shipped to the final customer. Based on my observation and an interview with an expert in the field I will conduct an analysis of the logistical processes and will try to identify those that lower the performance of the company. These processes will be then described and an appropriate solution will be suggested. The suggestions for an optimization will be consulted with the expert in the field. |
