| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vietnamské podnikatele v České republice. Primárním cílem práce je zjistit, zdali česká kultura ovlivnila způsob, jakým vedou své firmy, a jejich chování v českém podnikatelském prostředí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obecně definuje management a podnikání, dále se zabývá vymezením charakteristik vietnamské a české kultury a rozdílností v managementu a v podnikání těchto dvou zemí. Do teoretické části byla taky stručně zahrnuta historie vietnamských imigrantů v ČR. Pro splnění cíle byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum za pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. V praktické části lze nalézt popis, postup a analýzu rozhovorů. Analýza prokázala, že vietnamští podnikatelé některé prvky managementu a podnikání přejali od českého prostředí, nicméně se nejedná o stálou změnu. V osobnosti podnikatele jsou pak velmi přizpůsobiví. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic. The primary goal of this work is to find out whether Czech culture has influenced the way Vietnamese enterpreneurs run their companies and also their behavior in the Czech business environment. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes introduction of management and business in general, it also deals with the main characteristics of Vietnamese culture and Czech culture and the differences in management and business of these two countries. In the theoretical part, there is also a brief introduction of the history of Vietnamese immigrants in the Czech Republic. To meet the objective of the thesis, qualitative research was conducted using a semi-structured interview. The result of the pratical part showed that Vietnamese entrepreneurs took over some elements of business and culture from the Czech environment, however, this is not a permanent change. As businessmen, they are very adaptable. |
