| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění míry využívání projektové práce na celkové práci ve firmách zpracovatelského průmyslu ČR a posouzení jejího vlivu na inovační činnosti. Dále bude posouzeno, jakou roli v tomto vztahu hraje velikost firmy. Výzkum vedoucí k charakteristice projektového a inovačního prostředí byl proveden za využití online dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky byly vyhodnoceny pomocí deskriptivní statistiky, regresní a korelační analýzy, faktorové SEM analýzy a metod autorů Walda et al. (2015) a Schoper et al. (2015). Analýza dat neprokázala významný vliv velikostí firem na projektifikaci ani na inovativnost. Naopak vztah mezi poměrem projektové práce na celkové práci a úspěšností inovačních aktivit ve formě zavádění nových inovací před konkurencí ve zpracovatelských firmách byl vyhodnocen jako pozitivní. Na závěr byl také zjištěn pozitivní vliv projektifikace na inovativnost ve firmách. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of the master thesis is to discover the degree of using project work to total work in manufacturing companies in the Czech Republic and to assess its effect on innovation activities. The role of company size regarding this relationship will be assessed, too. The quantitative research leading to the project and the innovativeness environment description was carried out in a form of the online questionnaire. The results were evaluated by using the descriptive statistics, regression and correlation analysis, SEM factor analysis as well as the methods of Wald et al. (2015) and Schoper et al. (2015). The data analysis didn´t show any significant impact of a firm size on the projectification or the innovativeness. On the contrary to this finding there was found a positive relationship between the proportion of working hours spent on projects and innovation success represented by introducing new innovations ahead of competitors. In the end there was also found a positive effect of the projectification on innovativeness in companies. |
