| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím strategické analýzy společnosti OLMA, a.s. identifikovat klíčové hrozby, příležitosti, silné a slabé stránky podniku a následně formulovat strategická doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj podniku a posílení pozice na trhu mléčných výrobků. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části budou popsány nástroje a metody externí a interní analýzy podniku. V praktické části budou tyto nástroje a metody aplikovány na zkoumaný podnik. Získané poznatky budou následně využity pro navržení strategických doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to identify key threats, opportunities, strenghts and weaknesses using the strategic analysis of OLMA, a.s. and subsequently formulate strategic recommendations for future development of the company and strenghtening its position in the dairy market. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part will describe the tools and methods of external and internal analysis of a company. In the practical part, these tools and methods will be applied to the researched company. The acquired knowledge will then be used to formulate strategic recommendations for the company. |
