| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce má za cil ověřit účinnost implementace metody SMED integrované s jinými nástroje lean managementu ve společnosti potravinářského průmyslu. Metodický práce je vedena pomoci postupu DMAIC a využívá nástroje a techniky štíhlé výroby, jako je SIPOC, Spaghetti diagram, vývojový diagram, Ishikawa diagram, analýza plýtvání, kontrolní plán a A3 report. Aktuální výsledky implementace ukazují, že celková doba trvaní procesu přestavby je snížena na 50 %. Práce taky pojednává o některých odlišnostech využiti modifikované metody SMED v potravinářských a nepotravinářských společnostech. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis aims to verify the effectiveness of the implementation of the SMED method integrated with other process improvement application tools in the food industry. This thesis is conducted using the DMAIC method and uses lean manufacturing tools and techniques such as SIPOC, Spaghetti diagram, flow chart, Ishikawa diagram, waste analysis, control plan and A3 report. The current implementation results show that the total changeover time is reduced to 50%. The paper also discusses some differences in the use of the modified SMED method in food and non-food companies. |
