| Abstract: | Technologický rozvoj nabízí nové možnosti komunikace a otvírá široké obzory. V současnosti lze nalézt již několik oborů, ve kterých jsou základním vybavením, nutným pro vykonávání práce, jen počítač a kvalitní internetové připojení. Za pomoci techniky lze tedy pracovat bez ohledu na místo pobytu. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na digitální nomádství, které se díky moderním technologií stává jednou z variant, jak nastavit svůj pracovní a osobní život. Teoretická část představuje dostupné informace o digitalizaci, o nových způsobech práce a digitálním nomádství. Z kvalitativního výzkumu, provedeného se 6-ti digitálními nomády, vyplynulo, že nomádský život nemusí být samotářský, tedy že nomádi vyhledávají co-workinogová centra a druží se v místních skupinách nomádů, kde hledají pracovní atmosféru či přátele. Dále vyplynulo, že nomádi dobrovolně stírají hranici mezi dovolenou a pracovním dnem, které se spojují do jednoho celku, a že přijímají jistý diskomfort spojený s náročnějším plánováním či online komunikací. |

| Abstract: | Technological development offers new possibilities of communication and opens wide horizons. At present, you can find several fields in which the basic equipment, necessary for the performance of work, are only a computer and a quality Internet connection. With the help of technology, you can work regardless of your place of residence. The diploma thesis is focused on digital nomadism, which thanks to modern technology is becoming one of the options for setting up your work and personal life. The theoretical part presents available information on digitization, new ways of working and digital nomadism. Qualitative research conducted with 6 digital nomads has shown that nomadic life does not have to be solitary, ie that nomads look for co-work centers and associate in local groups of nomads, where they look for a working atmosphere or friends. It also turned out that nomads voluntarily blur the line between vacation and working day, which merge into one unit, and that they accept a certain discomfort associated with more demanding planning or online communication. |
