| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití koučinku manažery pro vlastní rozvoj a využití koučovacích metod při vedení pracovníků. Teoretická část v podobě literární rešerše vymezuje pojem koučování a hranice koučinku. Dále definuje pojem kouče, jeho vlastnosti, kompetence a role, do kterých kouč vstupuje. Popisuje manažera, jak by měl manažer vstupovat do role kouče a vlastnosti, kterými by měl disponovat. V praktické části jsem si stanovila hypotézy, k jejichž ověření jsem použila kvantitativní sběr dat použitím dotazníkového šetření. Cílem práce bylo zjistit v jaké míře využívají manažeři koučink ve své práci a v osobním rozvoji. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of coaching by managers for their personal development and the use of coaching methods in staff management. The theoretical part is based on a literature research that defines the concept of coaching and its boundaries. Furthermore, it also sets out the concept of the coach, his/her characteristics, competencies and roles. In the practical part, the hypotheses are described and to verify them, quantitative data collection was achieved by using a questionnaire survey. The thesis aims to find out the extent to which managers use coaching in their practice and personal development. |
