| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá finanční a strategickou analýzou společnosti Viscofan CZ s.r.o. a následným sestavením finančního plánu. Práce je členěna na 2 části, z nichž se první, metodická část, zabývá vymezením teoretických východisek finanční a strategické analýzy a také finančního plánování. Ve druhé části je představena analyzovaná společnost, na kterou jsou dále aplikovány metody finanční a strategické analýzy vycházející z předchozí části práce. Vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy jsou porovnávány s konkurenčním odvětvím pro lepší vypovídací schopnost výstupů analýzy. Na základě poznatků o hospodaření společnosti je sestaven jeho možný budoucí vývoj prostřednictvím finančního plánu. Na závěr je provedeno souhrnné vyhodnocení výsledků včetně návrhů pro zlepšení vlastního hospodaření společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the financial and strategic analysis of the company Viscofan CZ s.r.o. and the subsequent drawing up of a financial plan. The thesis is divided into 2 parts. The first methodological part deals with the definition of the theoretical bases of financial and strategic analysis, as well as financial planning. The second part presents the analysed company, to which the methods of financial and strategic analysis based on the previous part of the work are further applied. Selected indicators of financial analysis are compared with the competitive industry for better explanatory power of the analysis outputs. Based on the knowledge of the company's management, its possible future development is compiled through a financial plan. At the end, a comprehensive evaluation of the results is made, including proposals for improving the company's own management. |
