| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce provádí strategickou analýzu okolí firmy Nobilis Tilia s.r.o., která se zabývá výrobou přírodní kosmetiky. Cílem práce je odhalit klíčové faktory okolí, příležitosti a hrozby, které na společnost působí. Práce si klade za cíl také zhodnocení na základě analýzy vnitřních zdrojů firmy, zda je schopna těmto faktorům čelit. Cíle práce jsou naplňovány prostřednictvím popsaných metod, které jsou konkrétně aplikovány v praktické části. V závěru dochází k syntéze všech dosud zjištěných skutečností a navržení strategických doporučení pro budoucí vývoj společnosti Nobilis Tilia. Práce vychází z veřejně dostupných zdrojů a databází. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is a strategic analysis of the business environment of the company Nobilis Tilia s.r.o., which deals with the production of natural cosmetics. The aim of the work is to reveal the key factors of the environment, opportunities and threats that affect the firm. Furthermore, it lists an evaluation based on the analysis of internal resources of the company and whether it is able to eliminate risk factors. The objectives of the work are fulfilled through the described methods, which are applied in the practical part. In the conclusion, all of the findings are synthesized and strategic recommendations are proposed for future development of the company. The work is based on publicly available sources and databases. |
