| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je představit analýzu ekonomického vývoje společnosti Drůbežářský závod Klatovy a.s. a formulovat návrhy finanční strategie pro účely managementu, tj. finančních manažerů a majitelů společnosti. Práce bude rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje literární základ pro metody a nástroje používané v praktické části. Data jsou získávána hlavně z účetních výkazů z let 2016-2019 a analytických materiálů MPO. Vybrané nástroje a metody finanční analýzy nám poskytnou přehled o vývoji a struktuře položek účetních výkazů, přidané ekonomické hodnotě, finančním zdraví a stabilitě. Na konci praktické časti bude použita SWOT analýza, která zahrne dopady pandemie Covid-19 do výsledků finanční analýzy pro identifikaci výhod a nevýhod podniku k sestavení finanční strategie. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to present an analysis of the economic development of the company Drůbežářský závod Klatovy a.s. with formulation of an advice on financial strategy for the purposes of management, ie financial managers and owners of the company. The work will be divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains the literary basis for the methods and tools used in the practical part. Data are obtained mainly from financial statements from 2016-2019 and MIT analytical materials. Selected tools and methods of financial analysis will provide us with an overview of the development and structure of items, added economic value, financial health and stability. At the end of the practical part, a SWOT analysis will be used to include the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic to the results of the financial analysis to find the advantages and disadvantages of the company and to compile a financial strategy. |
