| Abstract: | Cílem práce je přiblížit problematiku nemovitostí typu tzv. brownfields a to konkrétně ve městě Františkovy Lázně. Teoretická část práce nastiňuje terminologii související s danou problematikou, tzv. pojem brownfield, rozličné typy browfields, jakož i okolnosti jejich revitalizace. Praktická část práce zahrnuje analýzu jednotlivých brownfieldů ve Františkových Lázních, stejně jako celkové zhodnocení města Františkovy Lázně se zřetelem na brownfieldy. Kromě toho je součástí práce dotazníkové šetření zabývající se povědomím obyvatel Františkových Lázních o místních objektech typu brownfield a jejich preferencí v otázce možné regenerace těchto objektů. Na základě dotazníkového šetření je navržen potenciální způsob využití konkrétního brownfieldu a zhodnocena proveditelnost realizace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to describe the problematics of the so-called brownfields in the town of Františkovy Lázně, specifically the realty property. Theoretical part consists of terminology related to the problematics of brownfields such as typology of brownfields and the surroundings of its revitalization. Practical part contains analysis of individual brownfields in Františkovy Lázně as well as the overall evaluation of the town Františkovy Lázně with regard to the brownfields. Integral part of this work is a questionnaire, its purpose is to investigate awareness of the inhabitants of Františkovy Lázně of brownfileds in general and their preferences regarding the regeneration of such places. Based on this questionnaire the potential way of regeneration and future usage is proposed followed by the evaluation of its feasibility. |
