| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývala využitím výrobních zařízení ve společnosti Holz Schiller s.r.o., konkrétně na dvou liniích s pokosovou neboli kapovací pilou, která tvoří nejvýznamnější zařízení v této společnosti. Cílem práce bylo změřit výši ukazatele Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) v této společnosti a navrhnout doporučení, která povedou k jeho zvýšení. Teoretická část vycházela především z článků o OEE a jeho modifikacích a zaměřila se také na jeho nedostatky. Praktická část se zabývala výpočty OEE a analýzou výsledků. Zjistila, že jedna z linií dosáhla při měření o 11,2 % nižšího OEE. V kontextu měřených zakázek bylo zjištěno, že tato linka mohla dosáhnout vyšších tržeb ve výši 3812,64 € (14,72 %). Na závěr také uvedla některá doporučení, která může společnost využít pro zlepšení využití jejích zařízení. Také navrhnula úpravu ukazatele OEE, aby hodnotil přínos jednotlivých linií k tržbám společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis was concerned with effectiveness of production equipment in the Holz Schiller s.r.o. company, specifically with two lines with miter saw, which is the most important piece of equipment in the company. The goal of this thesis was to measure Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and propose improvements that would lead to its increase. The theoretical part consisted mostly of papers concerning OEE and its modifications as well as its shortcomings. The practical part concerned itself with OEE measurements and their analysis. It came to the conclusion that one of the lines had achieved 11,2 % lower OEE. In the context of the measured orders it turned out to make a €3812,64 (14,72 %) difference in sales. The conclusion of the thesis proposed some recommendations which the company could use to increase their equipment’s effectiveness. It also proposed a change to the OEE formula to evaluate how different lines benefitted the company’s sales. |
