The impact of the Corona crisis on the internal communication of companies in the Czech Republic

Diplomová práce na téma "Vliv korona krize na vnitropodnikovou komunikaci podniků v ČR" má za cíl zmapovat důsledky pandemie na interní dorozumívání ve firmách. V teoretické části je vymezena komunikace, formy interní komunikace, její nástroje a podrobněji je věnována programem pro vnitrofiremní komunikaci. Dále je načrtnuta korona krize, její zařazení podle druhu krize, jakož i podrobnější historie přijatých opatření v souvislosti se zamezením kontaktů ve firmách v ČR. V poslední části se teorie věnuje podpoře zaměstnanců při práci z domu. Metodická část vysvětluje formu dotazníku, který je složen z pěti výzkumných otázek. V praktické části se práce věnuje rozboru vzorku 353 respondentů, kde na základě analýzy jednotlivých otázek dotazníku jsou vyhodnocovány výzkumné otázky, které byly stanoveny na základě teoretické části.

The Master’s thesis on the topic "The impact of the Corona crisis on the internal communication of companies in the Czech Republic" aims to map the consequences of the pandemic on internal communication in companies. The theoretical part defines communication, forms of internal communication, its tools and is devoted in more detail to programs for internal company communication. Furthermore, the Corona crisis is outlined, its classification according to the type of crisis, as well as a more detailed history of the measures taken in connection with the prevention of contacts in companies in Czech republic. In the last part, the theory deals with the support of employees when working remotely. The methodological part explains the form of the questionnaire, which consists of five research questions. In the practical part, the Thesis is devoted to the analysis of a sample of 353 respondents, where based on the analysis of individual questions of the questionnaire, research questions are evaluated, which were determined on the basis of the theoretical part.
