| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce řeší hodnocení úrovně klíčových kompetencí pracovníků vybrané firmy působící v odvětví gastronomie. Cílem bylo zjistit skutečnou úroveň kompetencí a navrhnout vhodné nástroje pro rozvoj a vzdělávání pracovníků. Byl realizován kvalitativní výzkum u všech zaměstnanců společnosti metodou pozorování a následným hodnocením pomocí od-stupňované škály. Byly zjištěny určité kompetenční mezery napříč organizací, pro které jsou v rámci závěru navrhovány konkrétní možnosti řešení prostřednictvím rozvoje a vzdělávání. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis addresses the evaluation of the level of key competencies of employees of a selected company operating in the gastronomy industry. The aim was to find out the real level of competencies and to design suitable tools for the development and training of em-ployees. Qualitative research was carried out for all employees of the company by the method of observation and subsequent evaluation using a graduated scale. Certain competence gaps were identified across the organization, for which specific solutions are proposed in the con-clusion through development and education. |
