Práce využívá dostupné relevantní literatury, materiálů z veřejných rejstříků, rozhovorů s klíčovými aktéry a jimi poskytnutých podkladů. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of dilapidated villas in the Bubeneč district of Prague. The aim of the thesis is to describe the causes of the current status and, on the basis of the information gathered, to propose options for dealing with the situation of the buildings. The Bachelor's thesis uses materials from public registers, relevant literature, interviews with individuals and groups associated with the buildings and documents provided by them. |
