| Abstract: | Tato práce má za cíl zhodnotit ekonomiku a management Národního filmového archivu a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení současné situace. Hodnocení je provedeno na základě rozhovorů s klíčovými zaměstnanci Národního filmového archivu a pomocí srovnání se Slovenským filmovým ústavem. Jsou využity vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy, které hodnotí zejména soběstačnost institucí a efektivnost využívaných prostředků. Pro srovnání výstupů obou archivů byla využita data o návštěvnosti archivních kin a knihoven z jejich výročních zpráv. Práce se věnuje také plánovanému přesunu části pracovišť Národního filmového archivu do prostor Nákladového nádraží Žižkov. |

| Abstract: | This work aims to evaluate the economics and management of the National Film Archive and to propose recommendations for improving the current situation. The evaluation is carried out on the basis of interviews with key employees of the National Film Archive and by comparison with the Slovak Film Institute. Selected indicators of financial analysis evaluate in particular the self-sufficiency of institutions and the effectiveness of the funds used. Data on attendance of archive cinemas and libraries from their annual reports were used to compare the outputs of both archives. The work also deals with the planned transfer of part of the workplaces of the National Film Archive to the premises of the Žižkov Freight Station. |
