| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu herního průmyslu a zkoumá genderové a obecné rozdíly v zaměstnaneckém i uživatelském prostředí. V teoretické části jsou zpracována dostupná data z oblasti herního průmyslu, která jsou doplněna rozhovory se zaměstnanci tohoto průmyslového odvětví. V praktické části je přiblížen uživatelský segment díky dotazníkovému šetření. Dotazník zkoumá rozdíly a chování hráčů. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor thesis focus on analysis of a gaming industry and examines gender and general differences from the point of view of users and employees, within the industry. Theoretical part consists of available data of gaming industry, which are extended by interviews with employees of this industry. Users segment is examined in detail in practical part through survey. Survey focus on differences between gamers and their behaviour. |
