| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje trendu rovných příležitostí ve filmovém průmyslu. Cílem této práci bylo zanalyzovat poměrové zastoupení mužů a žen v nadefinovaných pozicích a určit, kterým pozicím dominují muži a kterým dominují ženy. Vzhledem k tomu, že tomuto tématu se v České republice nevěnovala žádná studie, bylo třeba definovat termín rovné příležitosti, popsat výrobní proces filmu, definovat důležité pozice pro tvorbu filmu, popsat trh práce a jaké na něm mají ženy postavení. Práce se taktéž věnuje ženám v české kinematografii a jak se český filmový průmysl staví k rovným příležitostem. Metoda výzkumu je kvantitativní šetření můžu a žen v české kinematografii od roku 2015 do roku 2020. Z výzkumu této práce vyplývá, že české kinematografii dominují muži a v jednotlivých pozicích není zastoupeno dostatek žen. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the trends of equal opportunities in the film industry. The goal of this work was to analyze the relative representation of men and women in defined filmmaking specialization and to determine which specialization are dominated by men and which are dominated by women. Given that no study in the Czech Republic has addressed this topic, it was necessary to define the term equal opportunities, describe the production process of film, define important specialization for filmmaking, describe the labor market and the position of women in it. The thesis also deals with women in Czech cinematography and how the Czech film industry views equal opportunities. The research method is a quantitative survey of men and women in Czech cinema from 2015 to 2020. The research of this work shows that Czech cinema is dominated by men and there are not enough women to represented in individual specialization. |
